The role of education in shaping & chiseling the holistic personality of the child is of paramount importance. It is in the school that human and moral values one inculcated in the mind of the child which is the later years from his personality in totality. In the present era, time demands that we have to act with great responsibility and accountability and create to build environment around the child to build his safe and secure future day by day he competition is becoming very stiff. To build the career of the children, teacher & students have to complement each other. Teacher has to be devoted and dedicated to provide the best in them to the students. There should be no room for the students to feel frustrated or alienated parent’s support in also paramount for right motivation and inspiration.
